During the Core by Fursan private alpha, deletion requests are handled directly through privacy support while the full in-app privacy controls mature. If you want your Fursan account or alpha application data deleted, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account or application.

Do not send sensitive documents by email. Do not attach medical records, lab results, government IDs, insurance cards, payment cards, client lists, patient records, athlete records, student data, military records, or third-party personal data. If identity verification is needed, we will coordinate a safer path.

What to include

Your full name.
The email address used for Core, alpha application, or TestFlight access.
The request type: deletion, export, access question, consent question, or correction.
Whether you are an individual tester, professional applicant, team/gym/clinic contact, or advisor/reviewer.
Any safe context that helps us locate the record without exposing sensitive data.

What deletion means in alpha

A deletion request may cover public website application records, alpha intake records, support-thread routing data, and app account data where available. Some records may need to be retained temporarily where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, audit, or dispute reasons. When that applies, we will limit access and explain the retained category at a high level.

Provider and team data

Professionals evaluating Fursan Pro may not submit client, patient, athlete, student, employee, or other third-party data through public forms. If future provider or team workflows are approved, they will require separate consent, role grants, and privacy controls.
